1) Email to: entry@bulldogxcmeet.com by 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 15 - a list of your top 10 runners who will be most likely among the 7 to run varsity. Your varsity seven must consist of runners only from this group. In the email include name and grade. Please include school name, coach name and phone number, and enrollment numbers in the email.
2) Mail signed entry form and entry fee (if

Entry Fees: Checks payable to Interboro Track & Field based on the number of races to be entered:
To enter 1 - 4 runners: $10/runner
To enter 1 varsity race (either B or G): $60
To enter 2 varsity races (both B & G): $120
To add on 1 JV race (either B or G) add: $20
To add on 2 JV races (both B & G) add: $40
To add 1 novice race (either B or G) add: $20
To add 2 novice races (both B & G) add: $40
To enter 1 middle school race (either B or G) add: $20
To enter 2 middle schoolraces (both B & G) add: $40
Although checks may be brought to the meet if necessary, note that all other entry requirements must be met or your team will not race!
3) Check entry: It is the coach’s responsibility to check the website to see that the entries are received and to what division their team has been assigned. Website will be updated daily during September. Divisions will be posted by Thursday, September 16th. Schools may request on their entry form to move up to the larger school division. Schools may not request moving down to the small school division.
There will be NO late entries after 1:00PM on Sept 15, 2010
There will be NO changes after 1:00 PM on Wednesday, Sept 15,2010.
There will be NO race day entries or
changes.
Schools must race in their assigned division
or they will be disqualified. No team or individual awards will be given if a
school races in the wrong division.
